2. Services Provided

3. Payment and Fees

3.1 Payment for events must be made in full at the time of booking.

3.2 All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in these terms.

3.3 Late payment or failure to settle fees may result in cancellation of your booking without further notice.

4. Participant Responsibilities

4.2 Speed Dating Shropshire is not responsible for the conduct, compatibility, or actions of any participants during or after the Event.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 We do not offer refunds for any reason but we will allow you to transfer your ticket to someone of the same gender and within the age stated for the specific event. You must let Speed Dating Shropshire know who will be attending the event if this will not be you.

5.2 If we cancel the Event, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid.

6. Liability

6.1 We are not liable for:

•Any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Event.

•The outcomes of interactions or relationships formed during the Event.

6.2 Our liability for any breach of these terms or negligence is limited to the amount you have paid for the Event.

7. Confidentiality

8. Force Majeure
