During the event, each attendee will receive a personalised scorecard designed to facilitate their dating experience. How do we store your information?

We are committed to minimising paper usage in the office and encourage the use of electronic notes instead. The scorecards will be used at each event. The scorecards will be stored for a maximum of six months for participants who have had matches and whose data have been exchanged. All other data will be shredded within one week after the event, as there will be no legitimate reason to retain that information.

We retain any information you provide for a specified period of time, which includes text messages and emails.

Invoice/ receipts from the venue information will be disposed of after seven years unless it is subject to a legal case.

If a client/ attendee decides they no longer wish for us to keep their information or decides not to proceed with our speed dating services, we will delete their information. In such cases, we will have no legitimate reason to retain it.

Your data protection rights

Under data protection laws, you have rights, including:
