THE Discos for Single People in Shropshire
Speed Dating Shropshire adds a whole new twist to the dating community in Telford with discos exclusively for single people of all ages in Shropshire!
How do you fancy dancing, laughing, and chatting with other single people at one of my Singles Discos?
We started these discos earlier this year, and they’ve been such a hit – 153 tickets sold for the very first one, 134 for the Hawaiian-themed summer party and 135 for out Halloween disco at Albrighton Hall in Shrewbury.
These nights are really special because you know everyone in the room is single and open to meeting someone. That takes away all the guesswork and makes it feel like one big room full of possibilities!
Here’s how it works:
- When you arrive, we’ll give you a little matching game to help you start conversations. It’s like an excuse to chat to anyone and everyone without worrying about awkward small talk.
- During the night, there are optional party games (no pressure to join in if you don’t fancy it).
- And quite often, some of the regulars arrange a welcoming committee in the bar before the disco starts, so if you’re coming on your own (like most people do), you’ll get a friendly hello straight away.
- DIY photobooth for silly snaps with new friends
- Cheesy dance floor fillers
One really important thing though: please only buy a ticket if you are single. Don’t bring friends who are already in relationships – we want to keep the room full of chances for the people who are genuinely looking.
